Job Description:
Job Description At SixTwentySix we solve creative challenges.
Our work spans commercials, branded content, and music videos, all
crafted to influence culture and engage today's audience. We work
with top-tier agencies and brands, bringing their creative vision
to life through seamless execution and bold storytelling. We're
looking for a highly organized and proactive Treatment Coordinator
to manage the end-to-end treatment process across all pitch
opportunities. Treatments are our pitch decks—the visual and
written presentations we use to win work from clients and agencies.
In this role, you'll be the connective tissue between directors,
designers, copywriters, and executive producers, ensuring every
treatment is executed flawlessly, delivered on time, and positioned
to win. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love keeping
complex workflows organized, and want to play a direct role in
helping us close deals and grow the business, this is your
opportunity to join our sales team. Position Summary: The Treatment
Coordinator owns the operational workflow of the treatment process
from kickoff to final delivery. You'll source and manage freelance
creative teams, coordinate with directors to bring their vision to
life, track deadlines across multiple simultaneous pitches, and
ensure every asset is organized, archived, and accessible. You'll
be responsible for making sure our treatments are polished,
on-brand, and submitted on time—every time. This role requires
exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and
the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing
priorities without losing momentum. You'll work closely with the
sales and executive producer teams to ensure we're putting our best
foot forward on every pitch, and you'll use Asana to maintain full
visibility and accountability across all active treatments. About
