A company is looking for a Flutter Engineer (Contractor).
Key Responsibilities
Delivers high-quality, scalable, and performant software solutions,
taking ownership of complex project development
Leads scoping and estimating activities, collaborating with peers
and stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery
Mentors team members through code reviews and pairing sessions,
fostering their growth and development
Required Qualifications
4-7+ years of professional experience as a software engineer in a
team environment
Proven experience with Flutter mobile development, and familiarity
with React Native or Angular
Native iOS or Android coding expertise, or proficiency in C, Rust,
and/or C++
Strong understanding of software development at scale and modular
architecture
Positive recommendations from previous managers and teammates
