Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Project Manager to join our team in Seattle, WA. In this role you will be on working with internal cross-functional teams to develop & implement key training and development initiatives to drive across Parts, Distribution Services and Supply Chain. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location. Responsibilities: - Leads, develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains integrated plans and schedules for complex projects, programs and change driven activities in accordance with project management industry - Identifies risk and opportunity potential, develops mitigation planning and refines the business plans - Acts as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives - Executes and integrate plans - Coordinates commitments with internal and external stakeholders to fulfill strategies. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): - Bachelor’s degree - 3 year experience in a role requiring project/program management skills - Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): - 5 year experience in a role requiring project/program management skills - Experience with Agile / SAFe Methodology - 3 years experience in cross-functional stakeholder management - 3 years experience in briefing leaders in discussion - Experience in defining and monitoring KPIs to drive continuous improvement - Demonstrates high degree of self-direction, time management, and initiative Drug Free Workplace: Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.
