Job DescriptionSUMMARY:Our company has an immediate need for a stand-alone IT/IS Director to take over the infrastructure of all technical operations. We are seeking a "hands-on" professional who is willing to roll up his/her sleeves and work with the Executive team to achieve goals, meet quotas, eliminate security risks and increase user satisfaction. Your operation and systems maintenance experience will help our systems grow, as we expand our footprint domestically and internationally.

RESPONSIBILITIES• Drive high level IT initiatives and projects to successful completion, on time and on budget• Develop effective reporting tools to be utilized by Sr. Leadership in business operations• Ensure the protection of our systems and data• Establish regular reporting mechanisms for projects and initiatives• Direct the successful execution of large-scale IT projects• Develop reliable metrics for hardware, software, and storage, while ensuring strategic capacity planning• Oversee the operation of server systems• Identify security vulnerabilities and eliminate them with strategic solutions• Maintain and improve corporate information systems including business applications, networks, servers, messaging, email, and phone systems.• Manage the acquisition, installation, and maintenance of the organization's hardware/software• Implement and manage a mechanism to help track company assets (laptops, computers, phones)

TECHNOLOGY REQUIREMENTS• Sage 100 (MAS90) or similar ERP• Microsoft Power BI• SAP Business Objects• Microsoft 365 Administration• Active Directory• Nutanix/HyperConverged Infrastructure• HYCU

EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent• 10 + years management experience in an IT/IS environment• 10+ years' experience; Storage, Data Protection, on-premise, Cloud & hybrid environments.• 10+ years' in data conversion and Systems Implementations• Experience implementing, & developing business processes on Sage ERP• to work in both strategic and operational (implementation) environments• Solid ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment• Ability to work and communicate effectively with non-technical users• Knowledge of business operations, policies and practices, particularly for global based business.
