- Lead the finance team (4) in financial planning, budgeting,
forecasting, and analysis to support strategic
decision-making.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and
internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance with
regulations.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior
management to drive business growth and profitability.
- Manage the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring
timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Oversee cash flow management, including monitoring liquidity
and optimizing working capital.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to
support strategic initiatives and drive operational
efficiency.
- Lead the annual audit process and serve as the primary liaison
with external auditors.
- Stay informed of changes in accounting regulations and
standards, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and
regulations.Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA
or CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive finance experience, with at
least 3 years in a leadership role. (Apparel or CPG experience
required)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability
to think strategically and drive results.
- Experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting,
forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the
ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues at all levels of
the organization.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and
deadlines effectively.
- Experience in the retail or fashion industry is a plus.
