social media and internal communications strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies to engage targeted
audiences and promote the company's services
Create and distribute internal communications to keep employees
informed and engaged
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of social media and
internal communication efforts
Required Qualifications
8 - 10 years of experience in internal communications, digital
strategy, or social media content creation
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations,
or a related field
Advanced knowledge of social media platforms and analytics
tools
Strong organizational and project management abilities
Healthcare industry experience or understanding preferred
