Job Description:
A company is looking for a Regional Account Manager, Market
Access.
Key Responsibilities
Negotiate contracts with insurance companies and group payer
organizations
Optimize medical policies and prior authorization requirements for
claim reimbursement
Manage complex contract negotiations and coordinate with legal
counsel as necessary
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees (MBA, MPH) highly
preferred
Minimum of 4 years experience in managed care contracting and
reimbursement within molecular diagnostics or life sciences, or 6+
years as a top-performing sales professional
Proven experience managing complex payer relationships, including
experience with TPAs, Managed Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, and
Self-Funded groups preferred
Strong modeling skills in MS Excel and proficiency in navigating
dashboards (e.g., Qlik, Power BI)
Bilingual in Spanish is a valuable asset
