Job Description:
A company is looking for a Capture Manager to enhance win
probability across federal opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead capture strategy and execution for federal contract
pursuits
Develop and execute capture plans for large-scale federal
contracts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape tailored solutions
and support proposal development
Required Qualifications
U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain a Government Security
Clearance
B.S./B.A. degree required
4-5 years of experience in federal capture management or related
roles
Experience managing capture efforts for contracts valued at
$50M-$100M+
Strong understanding of federal acquisition processes and contract
types
