Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Engagement Manager to lead
SaaS implementations and ensure client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end implementation of software projects, ensuring
timely and budget-compliant delivery
Customize software systems based on client requirements and
facilitate training sessions for client teams
Document project requirements, maintain communication with clients,
and coordinate with internal teams for enhancements
Required Qualifications
SaaS experience required
5-7 years of project or product management experience required
Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
SCRUM experience preferred
Strong technical acumen and understanding of the software
development lifecycle
