Job Description:
A company is looking for a Case Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in daily workflow and ensure timely operations within the
Quality Assurance Department
Conduct quality assurance reviews and medical record evaluations
according to company policies
Provide support and training to staff, promoting effective
utilization of clinical resources
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; minimum of two years clinical or
related field experience preferred
Knowledge of the insurance industry, particularly in claims
management
Working knowledge of medical legal aspects of medical records and
health information principles
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general computer
operations
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently under
pressure
