Job Description Job Description Join Team Takara in delivering
hands-on, compassionate, end of life care while supporting
patients, families, and community caregivers. Looking for a LVN or
RN. Availability Requirements: 7on/7off nights and every other
weekend Position Qualifications Registered Nurse-Must be a graduate
of an accredited school of nursing. Valid Licensed Vocational Nurse
(LVN) license in the state of practice. Maintains a current CPR
certification. Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is
insured in accordance with state/or organization requirements and
is in good working order. Skilled Nurses shall have a minimum of 3
years of experience as a professional nurse, and within that
period, at least 1 year in the area of public health, home health,
or hospice nursing is preferred. Self-directed and able to work
with minimal supervision. Demonstrates excellent observation,
problem solving, verbal and written communications, nursing skills
per competency checklist. Shows ability to organize and prioritize
workload independently. Prolonged or considerable walking or
standing. Able to lift, position, and/or transfer patients. Able to
lift supplies and equipment. Considerable reaching, stooping,
bending, kneeling, and/or crouching. Visual acuity and hearing to
perform required nursing skills. Hours: Work 7 days 6 pm to 6 am
M-F and every other weekend then have 7 days off Salaried position
