This organization offers competitive salary, full benefits and much more Job Summary: Under the direction of the Manager HR Systems & Analytics, this position is responsible for the support, analysis, configuration, and implementation of various systems that make up HR---s system portfolio, including, but not limited to Recruitment, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Learning Management, Compensation and Benefits. He/She will serve as a liaison between HRIS and our internal customers. Responsibilities include analyzing business processes, identifying issues and requirements and developing and implementing project plans to accomplish proposed solutions. Additionally, this position ensures integrity of HRIS data; serves on related committees; create accurate and validated reports for business decision-making; develops user training programs for users and acts as a knowledge resource for the HRIS systems for HR staff and system users. Skills and Abilities: 1. Strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate in both technical and user-friendly terms. 2. Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. 3. Expert knowledge of MS Office Suite, HRIS, and other software applications 4. Strong attention to detail, organizational and project management skills. 5. Broad working knowledge of HR functions and processes. 6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to identify root causes of problems and systematically gather and analyze relevant information and make corrections. 7. Ability to work on several projects simultaneously while upholding quality standards. 8. Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws. Physical Requirements: 1. Ability to sit, stand, stoop, reach, lift (up to 10 pounds), bend, etc., hand and wrist dexterity to utilize computer. 2. May require travel to sites/program and special functions. Environmental Conditions Critical to Performance: 1. Work is in an office environment, climate controlled through central air conditioning. 2. May have some exposure to outside environments while traveling. Education and Experience: 1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology (IT) or a related business field required. 2. A minimum of 3 years of project management and implementation experience required. 3. A minimum 5 years of experience working with either HR systems; prior experience in Cornerstone on Demand, ADPR & Enterprise V5, Time & Labor and Absence Management strongly preferred. Prior HR analytics experience preferred. Access helpful. 4. Expert report writing skills and Excel skills required Essential Job Functions of Job Description 1. Responsible for configuring, developing, implementing and maintaining various HRIS programs, systems and reports to optimize the system value. 2. Provides technical expertise and technical design knowledge for system and process design and relational reporting. 3. Serve as the project lead for HRIS system projects and initiatives 4. Responsible for testing of system changes and analyzing data flow for process improvement opportunities and development of feeds. 5. Analyzes processes and HR data to identify problems and proposed solutions and ensure data integrity. 6. Leads process improvements to optimize utilization of HRIS technology. 7. Develops and maintains written and online HR system documentation, reference, and end-user training materials. 8. Provides daily user support, while serving as a key systems knowledge resource for the HR business unit; includes running HR reports, queries and processes as requested. 9. Works in conjuction with IT, Payroll and the HRIS, ATS & Talent Management provider for system modifications, process improvements, and system upgrades planning, testing, communication, and implementation. 10. Support daily/weekly processes, transactions, mass changes, data entry ad hoc reports as needed. 11. Troubleshoot system glitches, errors and processing issues as they arise. 12. Assists in the selection, testing and implementation of new HR systems. 13. Performs other related duties as assigned. INDMED
