Our company is currently seeking a temporary Payroll Clerk with the possibility to hire. Qualified applicants must be bilingual Spanish, computer savvy and have proficient knowledge of payroll software. Candidates must be familiar with payroll processes, laws, policy, as well as onboarding. As a Payroll Clerk, duties may include maintaining accuracy of data input into various systems, processing bi-weekly payroll, processing data/payroll reports, assisting Human Resources with system records and compiling reports, providing support for payroll related questions, and other administrative tasks. Candidates must display professionalism, maintain confidentiality, and possess exceptional communication skills when communicating with all levels of management. Apply today!
