• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending job offers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including timecards, payroll, and benefits information.
• Create and maintain HR reports and metrics to track employee performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Perform various administrative duties, such as filing, data entry, and answering employee inquiries.
• Manage the company's social media presence and assist with employee engagement initiatives.
• Attend job fairs and other recruiting events to promote the company and attract top talent.
• Provide HR support to managers and employees, including coaching, counseling, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable HR laws and regulations.Qualifications:
  • Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
