Job Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Director HR- Industrial
Muti-state ONLYSUMMARY:Individual will plan, lead, direct, develop
and coordinate the policies, activities and staff of the HR
department, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the
organizations mission and talent strategy.SUPERVISORY
RESPONSIBILITIES:--- Recruits, interviews, hires and trains new
staff in the department--- Oversees the daily workflow of the
department--- Oversees the current HR staff --- Provides
constructive and timely performance evaluations--- Handles
discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company
policyREQUIRED SKILLS:--- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or
related, Master's preferred--- 10 years of Human resource
management in an industrial environment in the following areas:
o HR Strategy
o Succession planning
o Hire/Fire
o Onboarding
o ERP systems
o Safety
o Benefits/Compensation--- Multi-site management experience
