Syner-G is seeking a Project Coordinator to support a variety of
projects across multiple biotech clients in California. This role
is responsible for coordinating project activities, managing
project documentation, tracking schedules, supporting procurement
tasks, and assisting with logistics. The Project Coordinator will
also provide support to G\&A functions, ensuring alignment with
organizational objectives and enabling effective collaboration
across administrative departments. WORK LOCATION: Travel to client
sites may be required depending on project demands and client
expectations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: (This list is not exhaustive
and may be modified as needed.) Assist with administrative
functions including meeting scheduling, capturing meeting minutes,
and tracking action items. Coordinate and schedule cross-functional
meetings to support project planning, review, and approvals.
Create, maintain, and update trackers for project documents such as
change orders, plans, protocols, reports, equipment purchases, and
qualification status. Support logistics and coordination of project
activities, equipment movements, and operational workflows. Prepare
communication materials for stakeholder presentations and project
updates. Support G\&A project activities, ensuring alignment
with organizational goals and timelines. Facilitate communication
and collaboration between G\&A teams and other functional
groups. Perform additional duties and assignments as required
across client departments and project teams. QUALIFICATIONS AND
REQUIREMENTS: Education Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a
related field required. Experience 1–3 years of experience in the
pharmaceutical, biopharma, biotech, or medical device industry.
Experience supporting G\&A project activities or project
coordination is highly preferred. Experience working in a cGMP or
FDA-regulated environment strongly recommended. Knowledge, Skills,
and Abilities Strong experience using MS Project, Excel,
PowerPoint, and related tools. Excellent communication,
organization, and leadership skills. Strong work ethic with the
ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
PMP certification preferred. Life sciences experience strongly
preferred. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS : Physical Demands : The physical

expected salary range for this position is $80,000.00 to
$150,000.00 yearly. Actual pay will be determined based on
experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other
job-related factors permitted by law. Currently, Syner-G is unable
