Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Web Development to lead web
development efforts across multiple brands and client projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and evaluate the web development team to ensure
high-quality work and best practices
Serve as the technical owner for all web properties and ensure high
performance and security
Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical work with business
goals and oversee the development of WordPress plugins and
components
Required Qualifications
Expert-level experience with WordPress, including core, themes,
templates, and plugins
Deep knowledge of performance optimization strategies and SEO
fundamentals
Proven track record of delivering high PSI/Core Web Vitals
scores
Experience managing and mentoring web development teams
Advanced proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern
frameworks
