Job Description Job Description We are looking for a TA
Specialist for a 6 month full time contract in our San Jose or Los
Angeles Office. In this unique dual administrative role, you will
be the friendly front desk reception coordinator and will be
working with our R&D team on interview coordination and day-of
interview support. This role has a requirement of working in office
3 days per week, which may be subject to change based on team and
business needs, as determined by the department leader. Please note
that this requirement is subject to ongoing review and may be
adjusted in the future. Office Location: San Jose or Los Angeles
*Visa sponsorship is NOT available at this time What You’ll Do
Manage the recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, including
Software Engineering, DevOps, Data Science, and Product Management.
Partner with Engineering Leadership to define role requirements,
refine job descriptions, and develop targeted hiring strategies for
niche technical skill sets. Utilize advanced Boolean search,
LinkedIn Recruiter, and alternative platforms like GitHub, Stack
Overflow, and specialized Slack communities to identify passive
top-tier talent. Execute high-volume outbound messaging campaigns
with a focus on personalized outreach to increase response rates
from high-demand engineers. Conduct initial phone screens to
evaluate candidates’ technical foundational knowledge, cultural
alignment, and career motivations. Coordinate and facilitate
technical assessments, including in person interviews, coding
assessments, and zoom interviews. Create a positive, professional
and welcoming candidate experience and represent FloQast throughout
the hiring cycle with: timely and respectful follow ups to
candidates, attention to detail in written and verbal communication
accurate scheduling of interviews, and ensuring data integrity in
our ATS. Successfully manage a high volume of scheduling phone
interviews and on-site interviews for our R&D teams in San
Jose. Maintain exceptional records and notes within our Applicant
Tracking System (Lever). Develop and maintain strong relationships
with our internal hiring teams and interviewers to ensure a smooth
process. Assist with optimization and maintenance of our Applicant
Tracking System and ensure: candidates are moved through the
pipeline and responded to in a timely and accurate manner. Support
the Recruiting team with process optimization projects and ad hoc
opportunities. What You'll Bring: 1-2 year minimum experience
specifically in a Recruiter role. Must have done Recruitment
Coordinating. Experience with Lever or similar Applicant Tracking
System required. Ability to manage a high volume of scheduling and
coordinating is required. Excellent time management and
organization with the ability to prioritize work. Ability to
multi-task and function in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional
customer service focus with excellent written and verbal
communication skills with attention to detail. Highly energetic,
positive, and enthusiastic team player with strong interpersonal
skills and collaborative orientation. Proactive problem solver who
is detail-oriented. LI-JP1 The hourly range is $60.00 to $65.00.
