Job Description:
A company is looking for a Residential Real Estate Attorney to
manage residential real estate transactions, focusing on land
acquisitions for builders and developers.
Key Responsibilities
Independently manage full residential real estate deals, including
negotiating purchase agreements and closing
Focus on land acquisition processes for builders and developers
Provide legal support with a strong understanding of financing,
including land banking as a plus
Required Qualifications
Mid-to-senior level attorney with experience in residential real
estate
Prior experience with a home builder or developer is preferred
Ability to operate independently without formal playbooks
Availability for 10-20+ hours per week, starting in April
Remote work capability
