How this job will fit your life:Hours - 8am - 5pm - (Participation on call 24 - hour rotation) Days - Monday - Friday Pay - $29/hr. Additional resources - My Path, referral bonuses, sign on bonus, etcWhat you can expect each day:Performing administration of all company's Professional IT infrastructures including the following components: email traffic, remote access and security, WAN & LAN, Telephone system and cell phones Initiating and seeing through to completion of the necessary IT infrastructure projects Submitting IT purchasing and expenses for approval Providing IT purchasing/expenses for approval Providing feedback for continuous improvement of IT infrastructure Executing IT methods to meet objectives efficiently Providing support/troubleshooting for all IT - related issues Ensuring that all company assets are maintained responsibility Working with other IT Team Members to implement internal systems Documenting all technical work and enhancing existing documentation Relatable skills to this position: Highly organized, excellent communication skills, team player, and close attention to details with excellent multi-tasking skillsCustomer focused and excellent customer service skills Foundation knowledge of Office 365 plans, service descriptions, and features Administration/troubleshooting in the following areas: Office 365 architecture; Server and Workstation Administration; Active Directory; Group Policies; Software Deploy/Inventory; Hardware/Inventory Management, Server and Application Alerting System; Helpdesk Ticketing System; Knowledge in ITIL Practice (Preferred); PowerShell (Preferred) Interested?
