Job Description:

We are seeking a full-time Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Accounting Department. This position involves a high level of attention to detail, and a passion for AP/Accounting. Please submit your resume for immediate consideration to join our exciting and thriving team!Position Description: Responsible for coordinating and performing all tasks associated with all Accounts Payables and weekly check processing. Match all supplier invoices with receiving documentation. Review receiving information and note any discrepancies. Communicate to internal purchasing team any discrepancies. Post invoices daily and review A/P register to ensure all items entered correctly and assigned to appropriate GL Account / Division. Maintain list of monthly payments and ensure these are posted into Accounts Payable ERP system in a timely fashion. Generate ACH and Wire transfers as needed backed by proper paperwork. Including posting in ERP and filing properly. Perform vendor reconciliation from monthly statements.Requirements: Minimum of three years in accounts payable position with demonstrated experience using ERP accounting system Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team environment. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and communicate directly with vendors about discrepancies and payments. Great problem-solving, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to meet deadlines and be flexible for unexpected changes.
