Grow as We Grow and Take Your Career to New Heights!Under the general supervision of the Senior Regional Director of Operations, the Regional Manager ensures client satisfaction through providing consistent on the job training, follow up/ongoing professional development for new/tenured employees, inventory control, comprehensive compliance and providing unparalleled customer service to property managers.Salary range for this position is $90, 000 $100,000 + bonusEssential Duties:Responsible for maintaining cooperative working relationships and frequent communication with property managers through site visits and responsiveness to questions and concernsWorks with building principals, technicians, and other key personnel to complete projectsCommunicates with properties regarding job details, drives value-added servicesPartners with Regional Director of Operations to develop ongoing, professional development for tenured/existing associatesManage team of associates and contractors on scope of work performance and completionQuality Assurance Checks; follows quality checklists to identify, process and correct defects discovered at work sites and communicate with management any escalated issuesOn Boarding new associates; ensure effective onboarding of new hires through required on job trainingInventory: master control of all inventory in designated warehousesProject Management; manage adoption, implementation, tracking, and completion of assigned projectsProvide coverage for District Managers as neededPerforms other duties as assignedEducation and Experience Requirements:High school diploma or GED required. Associates Degree or Bachelors preferred.
