Job Description Job Type: Temp (Possibility for direct hire based on performance) Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM Location: Montebello, CA Payrate: $24.00 HR
Overview: The Data Coordinator is responsible for coordinating data integrity, monitoring, and managing grant-funded program data. Responsibilities include analysis, collection, and reporting of data to management and funders. Maintain efficient and accurate records in the various data management systems. Also, responsible for oversight and training of staff to ensure successful use of data forms, logs, or tools used to capture funded service elements. Responsibilities:

• Loads contracted providers into the system and maintain provider data.
• Assists in the cleanup of the current provider information, including verifying and correcting demographical errors and adding missing information such as provider specialties.
• Resolves provider database issues such as addresses, specialties, etc. and makes corrections as needed.
• Communicates effectively with other departments.
• Meets established productivity and quality standards with little or no supervision.
• Takes responsibility and ownership for assignments and projects in a timely and accurate manner.
• Works as liaison to other departments that help in resolving provider issue.
• Handles any escalated issues directed by supervisors from other areas related to provider demographics.
• Performs other projects and duties as assigned. Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 2+ years experience in the healthcare industry
  • 2+ years of data entry experience
  • Experience in Provider Loading
  • 2+ years EZCAP (highly preferred)
  • Intermediate Excel
