We are a progressive fast-paced orthodontic clinic seeking a qualified insurance biller and treatment coordinator. We will train you in our system but experience and knowledge of dental/orthodontic insurance billing and treatment coordinating is necessary. The qualified candidate would have high attention to detail and follow up for both insurance companies and patients. If you want long-term stability this job is for you! Compensation level based on qualifications and experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Be the best part of the patients' day and a positive part of our team. - Work with insurance companies to obtain up-to-date payment schedule information, verify insurance benefits, submit all insurance claims (PPO/HMO/Dentical). - Audit insurance accounts receivables and work with a follow up system to ensure proper payment. - Proper documentation of any correspondence with insurance companies or patients in patients' charts. - Treatment coordination (managing entire new patient experience up to point of start) with high conversion rate - Assist in backing up other administrative duties as they may become necessary throughout the day or staff shortages. Position Requirements: - Spanish fluency - Demonstrable insurance billing and follow up knowledge - Strong ability to connect with patients to guide on path towards treatment. - Demonstrable organization skills with strong desire for action. - Reliable work ethic in completing tasks efficiently and promptly. - Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn and use other dental and task management software efficiently. - Desire and ability to learn and improve constantly. We will train you on our systems but you must be willing and open to learn and implement. Employment Type: Full Time Salary: $23 - $40 Hourly Bonus/Commission: Yes
