Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Care Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Provide subject matter expertise for order processing issues and
manage customer communications
Assist the Customer Care Supervisor with training, scheduling, and
coaching opportunities for team members
Research and resolve customer billing and pricing inquiries,
ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions
Required Qualifications
One to two years of experience in a customer care or client
services role
Strong collaboration skills across multiple departments
Basic analytical and process skills for problem resolution
Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
Experience in a distribution company is preferred
