Key Responsibilities
Oversee the development and implementation of experience strategies
and analytics solutions for clients
Manage and mentor a team of CX strategy and business consultants,
ensuring high-impact outcomes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales and
deliver innovative consulting solutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, data science, computer science, or a
related field, or equivalent work experience
10+ years of experience in strategy, business, and data analytics
consulting, preferably in CX/EX
Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth
strategies
Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, persona
development, and data analysis
Experience with project management tools and methodologies
