Job Description:
Job Description The position is an administrative position and
works closely with our customers on addressing ALL customer issues.
Must love the Phone. Answer 30-40 calls daily. Need to resolve
issues with the fulfillment of the process. Includes: Order Entry
Shipping LTL Post Sales warranty issues. Must be able to track and
monitor orders through the order fulfillment cycle. Assist in
entering orders. Research and troubleshoot problem orders as
indicated by Home Depot, Lowes, and Wayfair. Must monitor order
alerts. Follow up on compliance reporting issues at Home Depot,
Lowes, and Wayfair. Resource for returns and claims from customers.
Learn and understand our products to support post-sales issues.
Will be a member of a small but talented customer service group
that services Home Depot, Lowes, and Wayfair. Skills and
Experience: Excellent communicator. 30-40 phone calls daily,
emails, and customer inquiries via chat. Accurate data entry.
Familiarity with Supplier Hub, Loweslink, Wayfair, and or other
large company web portals. Customer Service in Order processing
venue. Hours: 6 AM to 2:30 PM - M-F Company Description Staffing
