more. Be a cheerleader, problem solver, and steady presence in your
clients’ therapeutic journey. Collaborate closely with therapists,
parents, and caregivers to carry over progress at home and in daily
routines. Track progress, document sessions, and contribute
insights that help shape ongoing treatment plans. Join in team
meetings, in-service trainings, and learning opportunities—because
we believe growth is for everyone. Keep the therapy space
organized, welcoming, and ready for fun! Professional Development
Stay updated on the latest research, tools, and methods in

with tiny humans and their grown-ups. Organized, flexible, and
ready to pivot when a session becomes a dance party (yes, that
happens here). Bonus points if you’ve worked with feeding
strategies, but it’s not required! Compensation & Benefits Multiple
